How long does it usually take to populate a Set with our content? Most of our users can populate an entire set in under 2 hours. This is provided all of the copy, sermon notes, and all other needed information is already produced. What is the easiest way to populate the Sets? We find that using Microsoft Office is the most streamlined way to populate the sets. What if we don't have Microsoft Office? There are a few different options that will allow you to populate the sets quickly and easily (even free). Some of our favorites are OpenOffice and ThinkFree. Why do you only offer your video products in HD? The FCC has mandated that in February 2012, all broadcasts must be in High Definition. We know we're a little ahead, but we feel it just lines up with the rest of our philosophy; If we're always ahead, it's hard for us to fall behind. What if we don't have HD capabilities yet? There are many great video conversion applications for the purpose of converting HD videos to SD videos. Our favorite is MPEG Streamclip. No. Pixel Preach has a philosophy of sharing the cost of media production between thousands of churches in order to bring the price down. If we were to change our business model, we would need to charge significantly more per download than we think is viable by most churches. I want to cancel my subscription, what do I do?
