Terms and Conditions:

Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the Media Sets and other products sold through our web site by Pixel Preach, LLC (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “license”) issued by our company.

1. Limited usage granted: Your membership grants you the rights to use the Pixel Preach Media Sets on a maximum of three (3) computers at any one location. For example, you may have a template located on your personal laptop for planning purposes, the same template on a computer for display in a main sanctuary or meeting hall and the same template can be used on a computer for display in a secondary meeting hall or sanctuary.  If you wish to use the Media Sets on more than three computers, you need to purchase a Multi Site License. The Multi Site License membership grants unlimited implementations of Pixel Preach Media Sets templates as long as the usage complies with the rest of the Terms & Conditions.
2. Modifications: You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes both by use of our "Customization" process and by your own means. You may not however redistribute, sell, rent, lend or release any modifications or original Pixel Preach designs.
3. Unauthorized use: You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Pixel Preach, LLC. Please contact us if you require more clarification.
4. Updates: All Media Sets are always designed to be used with the latest presentation/imaging/video software and hardware.  We cannot gaurantee that the Media Sets or the included media files will run with future or outdated forms of technology. Members may use the forums to address any issues related to software/hardware issues.
5. Delivery: After we have successfully received your payment, your Pixel Preach membership information will be emailed to the email address you provided. This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through this website. Upon logging in with the provided credentials, Pixel Preach members will have instant access to all Media Sets and the forum. During the membership term, full access will be provided to the Media Sets and the forums. After membership has expired, download access is removed, and forum access is limited, usage rights continue however.
6. Assignability: You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license or Pixel Preach subscription to any other person, business entity, group, church or organization without prior written consent from Pixel Preach, LLC.
7. Ownership: You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Pixel Preach, LLC. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products or delay in delivery of our products.
8. Use of Content: You acknowledge that the site contains or may contain material (collectively the “Content”) which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. You may not transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except with an expressly permitted Agreement from the developer.
9. Refund policy: Since Pixel Preach is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we can only offer refunds if your account has not been logged-into yet. Please contact us if you need further clarification on our refund policy.
10. Warranty: Pixel Preach does not warranty or guarantee these Media Sets in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party hardware/software as there is currently no certification process for such components.
11. Support: Pixel Preach offers these Media Sets and designs ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party hardware/software. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration for any third party hardware/software. A private members-only forum is available to Pixel Preach members. Pixel Preach does not commit to monitor these forums, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions.
